Bringing meaningful growth solutions to clients has always been Urika’s driving force. Living and breathing the idea that everything comes down to people, she is passionate about developing an ongoing advisory relationship with clients.

It is these attributes that have propelled Urika to be in business for over 13 years, and she has worked within the accounting and tax industry for over two decades.

Her career began in 1999 as an assistant accountant whilst completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Curtin University, with a full scholarship sponsored by the Australian Government and Curtin University. From here, she worked in various senior roles prior to taking the leap of faith into business ownership. With a desire to explore her full potential, and redefine what it meant to be an ‘accountant’, Urika has never looked back.

Today, Urika helps our clients achieve true business success, and acts as an extension of our client’s businesses. She loves lending an ear, working with people, and bringing them solutions they never thought of before.

When Urika is not at work, you can find her spending time with her family, reading books and raising her two beautiful children.
